Terms of Service
These terms describe the intended use of CEE/VEE. The operator’s final legal identity, governing law, and dispute venue must be confirmed before publication.
1. Service overview
CEE/VEE supports public-market research, content planning and production, experiment tracking, and outcome learning. Features depend on the connected services and configuration available to the user.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the service only where permitted by law and by the terms of connected providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for your content.
3. Prohibited activities
Do not misuse APIs, bypass access controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, impersonate another person, attempt to disrupt the service, or use market signals to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.
4. External APIs and third-party services
CEE/VEE may connect to Google, YouTube, hosting, and other third-party services. Those services have separate terms, permissions, availability, and pricing. CEE/VEE is not Google and does not operate Google Ads campaigns as an agency.
5. Limits of market data
Market observations are samples of publicly available information collected at particular times. They may be incomplete, delayed, misclassified, or unavailable. A keyword or opportunity ranking is not an official platform ranking and should be independently assessed.
6. No guarantee of revenue
Forecasts, scores, experiments, and revenue scenarios are planning aids only. They do not guarantee profit, demand, investment performance, or any particular business result. They are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
7. Intellectual property
CEE/VEE and its original software, text, and branding belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party names, marks, videos, and metadata remain with their respective owners. You retain rights to content you lawfully provide, subject to licenses needed to operate the service.
8. Changes and suspension
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, provider restrictions, or other operational reasons. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the date above.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on market data or service interruption. Final legal wording must be reviewed before publication.
