Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how CEE/VEE handles information for its market-intelligence and experimentation service. It is written for the current implementation; it does not promise features that are not currently available.
1. Operator and contact
The service is operated as the CEE/VEE project. The operator’s final legal name and business address must be confirmed before publication. For questions or privacy requests, email contact@ceevee.biz.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features used, the service may store account or contact details provided by a user, configuration choices, experiment records, production and cost records, and public market observations retrieved from connected services. The local MVP may also store technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
3. Google OAuth
If Google OAuth is connected, CEE/VEE may receive the account identity and authorization information required for the approved connection. Tokens and secrets are intended to be stored as private configuration and are not published. The exact Google scopes and account fields must be confirmed before production launch.
4. Google Ads API and YouTube API
Google Ads API access is used for market research and keyword intelligence, not to run or manage advertising campaigns for customers. YouTube API access is used to read public market metadata and research signals. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
5. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the research record, service operation, security, or legal obligations. The current MVP does not promise an automated deletion schedule. To request deletion of information under the operator’s control, email the request to contact@ceevee.biz; the operator will review the request and applicable obligations.
6. Sharing with service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, authentication, API, or analytics providers only when needed to operate a connected feature. CEE/VEE does not sell personal information. The final provider list must be confirmed before publication.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The static information pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies. A connected application or hosting provider may use technically necessary cookies or logs. Any analytics or additional cookies must be disclosed here before they are enabled.
8. Security
Access controls, secret management, least-privilege API scopes, HTTPS, and limited public exposure are used as appropriate. No security measure is absolute, and the management dashboard and credentials are not intended to be public.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
Publication checklist: confirm the operator’s legal identity and address, exact OAuth scopes, hosting/API providers, retention periods, and contact mailbox before using this page for Google verification.
